Dr. James Nolen, D.C., graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West, in Sunnyvale, California in 1982. Within months of graduating he returned home to the Rocklin area to begin serving patients.
During the past 36 years, Dr. Nolen has successfully treated thousands of patients with acute injuries or chronic conditions, in the Rocklin, Citrus Heights and surrounding communities. Dr. Nolen specializes in; family chiropractic care, automobile accidents, work-related and sports injuries, bending and lifting injuries, as well as chronic conditions.
Dr. Nolen serves as team Chiropractor as well as Strength and Conditioning coach for Del Oro High School. He also treats many student athletes from; Granite Bay, Rocklin, Whitney, Woodcreek, Lincoln, Placer, as well as other surrounding schools.
Dr. Nolen grew up locally and has been in the community since 1968. He became a chiropractor after he injured his lower back and was blown away with the results he received without drugs or surgery, through chiropractic. At this time he was studying towards becoming a lawyer and decided to switch to chiropractic.
Dr. Nolen lives with his wife (and also his office manager) of 33 years, in Penryn. Their daughter and two sons also live in Penryn.
